In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions will help you understand your rights and obligations when using the jetbanga platform.

To access the full range of services on jetbanga — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional offers — you must register a single Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetbanga will close all duplicate accounts, transfer any real money balance to the earliest-registered account (less any bonus amounts credited to duplicates), and may apply a permanent ban at its sole discretion.

All financial transactions on jetbanga are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. jetbanga does not charge any transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which jetbanga accepts no liability.

jetbanga offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on sports losses, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and Bangladeshi cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms; these general clauses apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

All games available on the jetbanga Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each game are governed by the individual game provider's published rules and are displayed within each game's information panel. In cases of discrepancy between information displayed on the jetbanga Platform and the game provider's own published rules, the game provider's rules take precedence for that specific game.

All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently verified by each game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available in the game information section. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

For sports betting, odds are set by jetbanga based on real-time market data. jetbanga reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by a manifest error (including but not limited to a clear pricing error that any reasonable person would identify as incorrect). In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's Real Money Balance. For cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.).

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jetbanga takes prohibited conduct seriously and will take enforcement action — up to and including permanent Account closure and legal referral — where any of the following are identified:

jetbanga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered email address (if provided) or via a message displayed on the Platform. During a suspension period, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. The investigation process is typically completed within 5 business days; complex cases may take up to 30 days.

If a suspension leads to permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited if it is established that the breach involved fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling. In all other closure scenarios, any unencumbered Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after due diligence checks are completed.

You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jetbanga. Voluntary closures are processed within one business day. Any remaining Real Money Balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method as part of the closure process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbanga and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial or reputational loss — even if jetbanga has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jetbanga does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance is conducted during off-peak hours (typically 02:00–04:00 BST) and advance notice is provided via the Platform dashboard where reasonably practicable. Unscheduled outages due to infrastructure failures, third-party provider issues, or force majeure events are outside our direct control and do not give rise to any claim for compensation.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. jetbanga makes no representation that online gambling is legal in every jurisdiction from which the Platform may be accessible. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. jetbanga shall not be held liable for any regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in this section limits jetbanga's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation , death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jetbanga platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by jetbanga for the resolution of any formal legal dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through the jetbanga internal complaints procedure. To raise a formal complaint, contact the support team in writing at support@jetbanga with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your Account username]". We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (BST) and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may escalate through the applicable legal channels.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or sports settlement, jetbanga's decision — made in good faith with reference to the relevant game provider's records or official sporting result — is final. Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event; claims submitted after this window will not be investigated.

jetbanga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform dashboard and, where an email address is registered on your Account, by sending a notification email to that address.

For minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by changes in applicable law effective immediately — the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and no advance notice period is required.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you have the right to close your Account prior to the effective date without penalty, and any unencumbered Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method. The current version of these Terms is always available at jetbanga/terms-conditions and the effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

All formal legal notices, complaints, and regulatory correspondence relating to these Terms & Conditions must be directed to jetbanga in writing. The preferred channel for formal written notices is email, with a confirmation of receipt provided within 24 hours (BST). For time-sensitive matters, contact the live chat support team first to ensure prompt acknowledgement, then follow up with a written record via email.
